Mother has been serving her – today almost cult-like – brunch since the opening of the restaurant in the Meatpacking District in Copenhagen back in 2010.
The mother brunch is a buffet style experience, yet true to the mother values; fresh, organic ingredients imported directly from Italy or produced in Denmark of local ingredients.
Throughout the brunch hours, you will find our team preparing warm and cold dishes in the open kitchen in front of you as well as serving scramble eggs for you at the table, if wished
At mother, we always aim to be as sustainable and organic, as we believe it makes sense. We make a large part of our products ourselves and that is what you will find on our brunch; fresh salads, pasta-dishes, pickled and roasted veggies, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 24 months (protected origin), locally produced cheeses such as mozzarella, ricotta and burrata, muffins, yoghurt and homemade granola, fresh fruit – and of course a never-ending selection of our signature sourdough pizza made with sea water.
Mother serves brunch every Saturdays, Sundays and during public holidays from 11AM to 3PM.

Tables are bookable at 11am and 12.30pm only.
However, everybody is welcome to walk in at any time without a table reservation.
